Justice Mary AngÝawa holds LL.B. and LL.M. degrees from the University of Nairobi. She is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a Puisne Judge. She is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She has taught the law of succession to judicial officers and advocates of the High Court of Kenya.
